Corporate & Individual Sponsorships

The West Point Parents Club of Georgia invites you to partner with us as a corporate or individual sponsor in support of Georgia cadets attending the United States Military Academy at West Point and the families who stand behind them.

The West Point journey includes academic challenges, military discipline, physical endurance, and leadership development. For cadets and their families, it is also a journey of service, sacrifice, and deep commitment. Our club provides encouragement, connection, recognition, and practical support to Georgia families as their cadets pursue the honorable path of becoming leaders of character and future officers in the United States Army.

Your sponsorship helps make our mission possible. Contributions support cadet morale initiatives, family events, care packages, recognition programs, parent communications, and community-building efforts throughout the year. Just as importantly, your support sends a powerful message to these young men and women: Georgia is proud of them, believes in them, and stands behind them.

Sponsoring the West Point Parents Club of Georgia is also a meaningful way to align your business, family, or organization with values that matter deeply to our community: duty, honor, country.

We would be honored to recognize your generosity and welcome you as a valued partner in our mission. Please review the enclosed sponsorship opportunities and consider supporting the West Point Parents Club of Georgia at a level meaningful to you.

Thank you for your consideration and for your support of Georgia’s future military leaders.

Sponsorship Proposal

The West Point Parents Club of Georgia is a volunteer-led nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Georgia cadets attending the United States Military Academy at West Point and connecting the families who support them.

Our club provides encouragement, information, fellowship, and practical support throughout the West Point journey. Through events, communications, recognition efforts, care packages, and outreach, we help families stay connected and ensure cadets feel supported from home.

By supporting our club, sponsors help strengthen the network surrounding Georgia’s future Army officers and their families.

Our Mission

Our mission is to support, encourage, and connect Georgia families of West Point cadets while honoring the values of duty, honor, country represented by the United States Military Academy.

Why Sponsorship Matters

The West Point experience is unlike a traditional college journey. Cadets face rigorous academic, physical, military, and leadership demands, while families support them from a distance. Our club helps provide encouragement, connection, and community throughout that journey.

Sponsor contributions help fund:

  • Cadet send-off and recognition events
  • Family welcome gatherings and informational programs
  • Care package and morale support initiatives
  • Parent communications and outreach
  • Recognition of cadet achievements
  • Community-building activities for Georgia West Point families

Every sponsorship helps us support the cadets and families who proudly represent Georgia at West Point.

Benefits of Sponsorship

Sponsoring the West Point Parents Club of Georgia offers meaningful community impact and valuable recognition.

Sponsors benefit by:

  • Demonstrating support for future military officers and their families
  • Building goodwill within Georgia’s military-connected and civic-minded communities
  • Receiving recognition through club events, communications, social media, and sponsor materials
  • Honoring a cadet, graduate, veteran, service member, or military family
  • Helping sustain a strong support network for current and future West Point families

Your sponsorship is more than a donation — it is a statement of support for young men and women committed to serving our nation.
